Position
The candidate would be employed in the position of a
1. Reservation Trainee Under Graduate
2. Reservation Associate (RA) Graduate
3. Senior Reservation Associate (SRA) Work Experience > 2 years
Job Profile
• For voice process – Ladies Only; For email process – Ladies or Gentlemen
• The team is operational 24x7, hence one is required to work in multiple shifts which includes night shifts
• The process is highly sales driven and requires high standards of Quality
• The unit has a 5 day week, subject to work needs (employees get paid or earn a compensatory off for each additional day worked)
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills
